Overview
I led the visual identity and digital design system for OpenPerks, shaping how the product presents itself across web and brand touchpoints. Starting with a clear strategic direction, I developed the brand kit, defining typography, colour logic, visual language, and layout principles, then translated that into a cohesive UI system for the website. Every component was designed to feel intelligent, secure, and human, reflecting the platform’s role as the “nucleus” of a company’s employee experience.
I focused on clarity, hierarchy, and scalability, ensuring the interface could support a growing SaaS product while maintaining a premium, enterprise-ready presence. The result was a unified brand and UI system that gives OpenPerks visual authority, consistency, and room to evolve as the product scales.
Visual Identity Design
The OpenPerks logo is inspired by the nucleus, the control centre of every cell. Conceptually, it represents intelligence at the core and structured distribution outward. The central point symbolises decision-making and stored insight, while the radiating pattern reflects secure flow, orchestration, and controlled exchange across channels.
The circular form reinforces protection and trust, a visual cue to compliance-first architecture and enterprise reliability. As a mark, it’s simple, scalable, and system-driven. It communicates that OpenPerks isn’t just a collection of benefits, but a secure, intelligent hub designed to activate the right thing, at the right time.
Typography
For OpenPerks, we paired Hoefler Text with Fustat to balance trust and modern clarity. Hoefler Text gives the brand authority and credibility, helping it feel established and dependable. Fustat keeps the experience clean, accessible, and easy to read across digital screens. Together, they create a system that feels both secure and forward-thinking, reflecting a platform built for enterprise structure and human experience.

Ui Design
The OpenPerks UI is a direct expression of the design system we created, structured, consistent, and built to scale. Every layout, component, and interaction follows defined typographic hierarchy, spacing rules, and colour logic, ensuring cohesion across the entire experience. The interface feels intelligent and calm, balancing enterprise authority with human clarity. Subtle gradients and soft surfaces introduce warmth without compromising structure.
Each section flows with intention, guiding users through product narrative and functionality seamlessly. On mobile, the system adapts gracefully, stacking and simplifying without losing rhythm. The result is a responsive, scalable interface grounded in design discipline and strategic consistency.
